Shipping & Returns

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

We ship across India with trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary by location, typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout.

We want you to love your VIWA pieces. If something isn't right, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may be non-returnable unless faulty. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it.

In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
